- Remember that renting an apartment in Paris , including a luxury apartment , will not offer the same level of comfort of a hotel. There could be leaky faucets, faulty Internet connections or lack of shampoo or soap. Be sure to have your stuff , the owner confirmed if we include towels or bring your own toiletries .
- When you meet the apartment owner , requested recommendations of things to do or know , such as restaurants in the area. Often , a homeowner will leave a binder information detailing the things on the house and nearby attractions .
- Be open-minded and flexible. Staying at an apartment, are living like a real Parisian , so do not expect life to be the most comfortable and familiar, since you are not around the house.
- Once you commit to a lease , your money is not refundable , so definitely a need travel insurance in case something happens and you can not go to France.
